B. N. Singh, DM NOIDA: Profile, Bio and Wiki

Brijesh Narayan Singh will remain a paradox in the administrative circle of UP. He has now been removed from the post of DM, NOIDA (Gautam Buddha Nagar) by Yogi Adityanath.

It may be noted that he had himself asked for 3 months leave from this post, and hence this removal may not be termed as such any punishment. The only soothing point is the public scolding done by the CM.

There is not an iota of doubt behind the fact that B. N. Singh is one of the most inefficient and useless of officer of Uttar Pradesh. He belongs to 1992 batch of UPPCS. He was promoted to IAS in 2009 according to the 33.3% rule of UPSC.

B. N. Singh is quite close to Rajnath Singh. It is believed that Rajnath Singh had personally recommended his name for the DM of NOIDA to Yogi Adityanath. It may be noted that he was among the first high profile posting done by Yogi Adityanath Government. It means such a corrupt and inefficient officer was holding the most prominent executive position in NOIDA for 3 years.

Yogi Adityanath needs to answer. Whether he had allowed B. N. Singh to hold this post under the pressure of Rajnath Singh, or was he allowed just because of his caste – Rajput?

Vigilance cases are going on against B. N. Singh. The state government has also ordered inquiry against him. He had worked with NDMC – you heard it right – for more than 15 months. He was also in the Central Ministry, courtesy Rajnath Singh. In fact, if you take a look at the career graph of this useless person, you will find him always working in and around Delhi/NCR. Such is his clout.

Amidst all this drama, one thing that should be noted is the fact that B. N.

Singh had asked for 3 months leave. Actually, this useless person was trying to evade responsibility while India is at war against CoVid – 19 pandemic. He wants to just avoid it.
