The Government has refuted the claim that Dr. Furqan died due to unavailability of ventilator. However, the fact remains that his wife had to beg many hospitals to admit him. Finally he was dumped back at his home by the ambulance. Consequently, he died. The last few hours for him was quite painful. He was in deep pain.
